Several users have tried different solutions to fix this bug. Here are a few methods mentioned:

  • Buy a new physical SIM and put it in your iPhone.
  • Deactivate and reactivate the eSIM by contacting T-mobile stores.

Reportedly, this eSIM bug isn’t just limited to the US, rather Airtel users from India also faced the same problem.

Fixing other Errors on iMessage and FaceTime:

If you are facing any bugs with iMessage or Facetime, you need to reactivate both the services on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. While activation, if any message appears related to activation errors, you need to follow the below steps.

  • Check your device’s setting and make sure that your phone is connected to cellular data or Wi-Fi.
  • Ensure that your time zone is set correctly.

Or

  • Turn off and restart iMessage and FaceTime.

For activation of these services, you need to wait for 24 hours. If not activated, you can also follow the below-mentioned steps, including:
