Here’s What we know so far about the Realme GT 2 Series
Realme GT 2
The Realme GT 2 was recently spotted passing multiple certifications under the model number RMX3310. It is touted to come with a 6.62-inch AMOLED display with an FHD+ resolution. The device is expected to have a 120Hz refresh rate. For those who are unaware, the Realme GT Neo 2 has the same display meaning that the rest of the specs could also be slightly similar.
Well, the phone will feature a triple camera system at the rear, again similar to the GT Neo 2, however, it will have a 50MP primary lens in comparison to the 64MP primary lens found on the GT Neo 2. The other two lenses accompanying the primary camera would be an 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP sensor.
Under the hood, the smartphone will come powered by the flagship Snapdragon 888 SoC. It will be coupled with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It was spotted with a 5,000mAh battery with support for 65W fast charging technology. It will have an in-display fingerprint scanner and facial recognition option for security. The device is expected to come with Android 12 out of the box.
Realme GT 2 Pro
Speaking of the Realme GT 2 Pro, the device was listed on IMEI recently with model number RMX3301. The smartphone’s specs were also tipped suggesting that it will feature a larger 6.7-inch AMOLED display with higher QHD+ resolution. The refresh rate will remain the same as the vanilla model i.e. 120Hz.
As for optics, the device will make use of two 50MP sensors in its triple camera system. The device will have a 50MP Sony IMXX766 primary lens with an Optical Image Stabilization feature. It will be accompanied by a 50MMP ultra-wide-angle lens, followed by a telephoto lens. Upfront, it will have a 32MP selfie sensor. And, rumours reveal that the device may come with an under-display front camera.
Since it was rumoured to be Realme’s most premium-category device, the phone will come powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. It is expected to have a similar storage capacity as the vanilla model with a 65W fast charging support. Some noticeable features of the Realme GT 2 Pro will be the antenna array matrix system which will be useful for stable connectivity.
