The Google Nest Hub 2nd Gen features a limited-time launch deal that allows consumers to obtain a Nest Mini for Rs 1 when they buy the Nest Hub 2nd Gen. The deal will be available until January 26, 2022, or while supplies last.
Features
The Nest Hub 2nd Gen has an edge-less glass display with no plastic casing in the front. Google also says that the new device is constructed of recyclable materials, including 54 % recycled consumer plastic in its plastic mechanical parts good for the environment. When not in use, it displays a slideshow of the user’s Google Photos photos, and the colours change to the lighting in the room.
It works in the same way as any other smart home gadget, recognizing your voice and carrying out the commands you give it. The new Nest Hub uses the same acoustic technology like the Nest Audio and has 50% more bass than its predecessor. It also has multi-room control, which allows the smart display to collaborate with other Nest devices such as speakers, Chromecasts, and other smart displays.
The Nest Hub 2 can play music from any streaming platform, such as YouTube Music, Spotify, Apple Music, Gaana, and JioSavvn. You may also watch movies and web series from services such as Netflix and YouTube Premium .
Guest Mode, which can be activated with a simple voice command, prevents the user’s Assistant activity from being stored to their Google account and prevents personal results from being displayed.
Note that the Indian version of the Google Nest Hub does not have a camera and that there is also no Soli gesture detection technology for sleep monitoring.
